Terrible service, will not come back again!! This was the extent of my car damages. Dropped off on 12/22/2025 and picked up on 1/14/2026. First off, when I dropped off around 11am, I was told that someone would contact me and give me an estimate for completion date. 48 business hrs passed, I called, and no one responded or called me back after leaving a voicemail. The week after, I finally was able to connect with someone, told me it won’t be complete until 1/13. When I inquired, my technician-Carlos said he was not assigned the case until the end of the second week I dropped off my car. Would’ve been helpful to know from the beginning that they won’t have anyone to begin working on my car until 2 weeks later. It was too late for me to tow my car to a different repair shop at the time. When I went to pick up my car, they told me it’s ready to pick up but brought my car back in after I got inside my car and needed to take a final look. I figured it’s alright as long as the service is done good to my car. Couple of days later, realized that they took off my front license plate and never put it back on and now I need to track down where my license place is, hopefully wasn’t thrown a

Came in for a simple front end damage on 12/11/2025 I walked out with my vehicle a month after (jan15,2026) body work looks great they could have communicated with me better and let me know what was going on from the start versus me having to come in there just to get a response. They kept changing the date so if you need your vehicle for work don’t get your work done here. For your sake. I understand delays happen but one month for just front end work is unacceptable and just the body at that. Go somewhere else. And the icing on the cake. The headlight they replaced for me wasn’t even aligned correctly so I blind other drivers on the road. Very dangerous. It said they aligned the headlights or they were supposed to but it clearly isn’t. I won’t be taking it back here for the work that is missing and now I have to find a place that will realign these headlights. Thanks a lot for screwing me over for the last month! I hope you had a great time with my car. Lots of people feel the same way. DO NOT GO HERE if it wasn’t for Geico I wouldn’t have gone here at all.

I had my car repaired here after a hit-and-run accident, I couldn't be happier with the service. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. Although my estimated completion date was the 21st, they finished the work 5 days early! The repairs were flawless,my car looks brand new again. Throughout the process, the site manager, Carlos, kept me updated with regular calls, letting me know exactly what had been done and what to expect next. I felt like my car was in good hands. They returned my car washed, both interior and exterior! They worked directly with my insurance, got the estimate done quickly, and were able to get me in right away. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this repair center to anyone needing quality, timely auto work

UPDATED 2/28/2020 So here is my update after the repair! BEAUTIFUL WORK!! I had a lot of damage done to my car after the accident but now it looks brand new again! I am beyond please with their work and their keen attention to detail. They were so nice to fix a ding that was on my car before the accident and I didn’t even have to ask!! Of course I will post before and after pictures as soon as I get a chance!! The pictures will solidify my review of what a great work looks like. Thank you again Mario for keeping me posted throughout the whole process! He is the guy to go to if you have any concern/questions. He really went above and beyond his work to make sure that everything was set in place for a smooth transaction. Even the car rental drop off was nice and easy. I am 100% satisfy with Euro Collision’s work! I hope this review will help those looking for a great body shop. I am passionate/appreciative for great customer service and that great work should always be acknowledged and complimented for everyone to know about. I’ve been going back and forth about where I should bring my car in to get fix after my car accident and ended up going with my gut in which brought me here.
